The world, as we know it, will end in exactly one year: Dec. 21, 2012. It is important to worry from now until then, because worrying might help. It might prevent it from happening.

Or, with enough fear behind the worry, it will get it to happen. And that'll teach those naysayers poo-pooing the Doomsday Parade by saying everything will be okay!

There is sure to be an apocalypse because apocalypse simply means an "unveiling." Now will we be undeceived!
  • Disclosure?
  • Currency devaluation?
  • The advent of a New Age (the dawning of the Age of Aquarius)?
  • De-population and FEMA camping trips for the masses?
Pick your poison, and start worrying. It does not matter what it will be, but it will be something. It has to be; the mainstream media (MSM) already said it would. And when the corporate "news" says it's going to be something, something is sure to happen.

It was already said on TV. The TV does not lie. Think back to the Swine Flu epidemic, the Fukushima radiation tsunami hitting the US, Anonymous and his devious Occupy Wall Street Movement... or many other panics.

As the propaganda arm of the military-industrial complex (MIC), these are carefully orchestrated disinformation campaigns aimed at distracting most people from most things going on.
  • "But who has time to pay attention?"
  • "We are all so stressed."
  • "There is nothing we can do."
These are the disempowering mantras beaten into us. Remember to repeat them. They keep us worried. And we must keep worrying day and night for the next 365. We can rest when the world comes to an end.

The Countdown is On!
ABC News
The countdown to the apocalypse is on. We’re one year away from Dec. 21, 2012.

This is the date the ancient Mayan Long Count calendar allegedly marked as the end of an era [an astronomical "age"] that would reset the date to zero and signal the end of humanity [as we know it].

But will it?

There have been many end of times predictions over the years. Christian radio host Harold Camping faced widespread ridicule when his predictions that the world would end twice this year -- on May 21, and then on Oct. 21 -- failed to materialize.

But in the flurry of doomsday predictions -- there have been similar dire warnings about the world coming to an end from various cultures, including Native Americans, the Chinese, Egyptians and even the Irish -- the supposed Mayan prophecy seems to have held the most sway with believers.

The Mayan civilization, which reached its height from 300 A.D. to 900 A.D., had a talent for astronomy. Advanced mathematics and primitive astronomy flourished, creating what many have called the most accurate calendar in the world.

The Mayans predicted a final event that included a solar shift, a Venus transit and violent earthquakes. More
