The Loving-Kindness To Be Done
By the power of this metta sutra, the yakkhas (ogres, monsters, demons, hybrids) do not show fearful visions. And a person who makes effort regarding this discourse day and night (by reciting and practicing), for that person sleep is comfortably and free of bad dreams. O, good people! Let me recite this protective discourse which is endowed with these and other qualities.
